• For COD orders, an additional charge of ₹85 applies.

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (except for candles, which are dispatched within 24-48 hours).

• Shipping times vary: pre-paid orders typically take 3-7 working days, while COD orders may take 4-8 working days depending on the delivery location.

• If you have selected free shipping on prepaid orders but change the payment method to COD, the ₹85 COD charge will be applied.

• Refunds are only applicable to non-glass items. For window-related purchases, refund requests must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

• A ₹100 fee will be deducted from your refund for reverse pickup.

• Refunds are processed within 24 hours after the item is returned and received at our warehouse.

• In case of damaged items, an unboxing video is required for validation, and replacements will be provided where applicable.

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Zyra Homes is not liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.
